ABOUT US
L.T.L Management Mission Statement
L.T.L Management is a small fragrance franchise located in the Hampton roads area. Our program is designed to recruit sales representatives, train them in regard to the interworking of our business while helping them grow into entrepreneurs of their own. We believe in the idea of teamwork making the dream work. Our plan is to guide our recruits through our program and teach them the business in and out. Once they can understand and operate the business we relocate them, supply their operation and support their franchise into success.
We encourage our sales reps to follow their individual Entrepreneurial goals, we place them in local and national markets to promote themselves as well as our company. We provide our customers with the service of bringing the product they desire to them. We teach our sales reps the importance of customer service, teamwork, time management, goal setting, supply and demand, planning and accountability, personal evaluation, as well as good old-fashioned Hustle. We are excited and privileged to be able to provide this opportunity.
Fundamentally, L.T.L Management stands for love, trust, and loyalty. We aspire to build a network of like-minded individuals who appreciate the opportunities we provide and remain loyal to our agreements. Our program is divided into four phases: Sales, Management, Administrative, and Leadership.
We believe that sales are an integral component of all businesses and involve various critical aspects, including patience, aggressiveness, psychology, enthusiasm, and negotiation.
The management phase is people-based, and we prioritize people in all transactions. We manage people and situations to maximize production efficiency, thereby facilitating overall sales and trainee development. We hold these core values as standards for moving trainees through this phase.
All businesses require a functioning back-office procedure, and we are no exception. The administrative phase is intended to encourage our trainees to handle these aspects of the company and prepare them to handle it independently.
Lastly, leadership is a crucial aspect we encourage our trainees to develop, as it is essential in setting an example, playing an assigned role, and inspiring motivation. It may be tiring at times, but it is necessary.
We are dedicated and proud to be in the position to provide this opportunity. We hope that in the future our all-stars feel the same.
Sincerely
Richard McDowell
